Weight Journey Update




 I know that I have not posted in a while. I have been busy with invitations and life. Nonetheless, I wanted to offer my progress with my weight loss goals.  So far, I have lost 15 pounds and I feel great. I feel that I can do it!!!  I am taking small steps and I am confident that I will eventually make my goal.  My insurance provider offers free health classes like yoga, step and dancercise.  These classes are awesome. Most are for members, but some are offered to the general public as well {free}. I attended my first sessions last night {yoga and step}. Did I get a real workout...OMG. Tonight I have dancerise and I can't wait. With dropping the 15 lbs, I can't see it , but I can tell that I've lost inches because my clothes are fitting better!  More to come....
